Graduate Programme

Graduate Programme
The Graduate Programme covers the three main engineering disciplines; Chemical, Electrical & Mechanical engineering. The programme runs for a two year period with ongoing targeted development and incremental salary increases every 6 months based on performance.

All new graduates are matched with a mentor to oversee the graduate programme and act as sounding boards for work and career issues. Having our graduates start at the same time provides good support amongst the grads both in and out of a work environment.

Career Development
Recognising people want a career, not just a job, training and career development play a big part of our culture. We commit significant resources to provide development opportunities. These include technical, professional and leadership training courses.

To help develop your skills graduates are given real jobs and real projects to be responsible for. Progression into higher management levels is possible and encouraged.
