Graduate Recruitment Process

Stage one
April 1- Applications Open
April 13 – Waikato University Career Fair
April 28 - Auckland University Engineering Careers Fair
May 13 – Canterbury University Engineering Careers Fair
May 18 – Massey University Engineering Careers Fair
June 30 – Applications close

Your application will be acknowledged and graduates will be shortlisted based on the completed application form, CV and academic transcript.

If you are successful you will move to stage two.
If you are unsuccessful you will be notified by email or mail.

 

Stage Two

Early July – Interviews

Your first interview will be held in either Auckland, Hamilton, Palmerston North or Christchurch or via a phone interview.

If you are successful you will be invited to our mill for a site visit. If you are unsuccessful we will phone or email you.

Early August- Site Visit and Area Visit

You will be taken for a tour of our mill so you can meet our people and our people can meet you. While you are on site we will get to know you a little better informally and conduct a second interview.

 

Stage Three

Mid/Late August – Employment Offer

If you are successful we will phone you and make a verbal offer of employment. A written offer will follow. If you are unsuccessful we will call you.

You will have 5 working days to consider the offer and respond.

 

Stage Four

Early January/February - Join the Team

You will start work with us and begin your graduate programme.
